To enter a USTA tournament go to this link:  http://tennislink.usta.com/tournaments/Schedule/Search.aspx.  Once you get here go to "Tournament Finder" and click on Pacific Northwest.  Type in the month you are interested in and junior divisions.  This will give you a list of all USTA tournaments.  Champs are for juniors who have qualified for that level.  Challenger is open to all juniors except the top champs.  And Rookie is for players who are new to tournament play.  Good luck and have fun!!
