intensive training, focus on getting ready for or improving match
play

7-13 YEAR OLDS |
This camp is going to focus on the following:
-basic tennis fundamentals: ground-strokes, volleys, and
serving,
-eye/hand coordination, footwork
-intro to rules of the game, and getting ready for match play |
| SESSION 2 |
3:00-5:00 |
High School level players and incoming freshmen |
This camp is going to focus on the following:
-intensive ground stokes, serving and volley drills and technique
-singles and doubles strategies
-footwork and speed drills, strength and conditioning |
